- If you choose to have enquiries sent to you via the enquiry form, please ensure that you check your e-mail box regularly.
- If you choose to publish your details on-line, ensure that you answer the phone politely and if you are out a lot, it is recommended to invest in an answerphone to avoid missing bookings.
Following up enquiries by sending out professional looking materials.
- A booking form and Terms and Conditions of renting (if applicable)

- Sending a 'self addressed envelope' in your pack is a good idea - making it easy for the holidaymaker/buyer to send the booking forms back to you.
