Terms and Conditions - Rental Advertiser
Your advertisement will be published subject to the company's terms and conditions below.
Within these conditions, the following terms have the following meanings:

1. General
1.1. These conditions apply to all contracts for the placing of advertisements on the Website. The placing of an order constitutes acceptance of these conditions. The conditions may be amended at any time without notice to you.
1.2. Any dispute arising in relation to these conditions will be governed by English law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
2. Payment
2.1. Your advertisement will not be displayed until payment has been received. Once your advertisement has been displayed, refunds will only be given at the absolute discretion of the management.
2.2. There may be a short delay in between payment and your advertisement being displayed, however, this will not entitle you to a refund and the Company will not be liable to you for any losses suffered as a result.
3. Continuation of advertisement
3.1. You may, at the sole discretion of the Company, be permitted to advertise free of charge for a set period. In consideration of the free advertisement you agree that, should you not immediately renew your advertisement but subsequently place an order to advertise within 1 year of the expiry of the free period, that order will be deemed to have been received as at the expiry of the free period and your payment will be allocated accordingly.
3.2. Similarly, should your advertisement not be renewed immediately following any contract period, then any order to advertise placed within 1 year of the expiry of the contract period will be deemed to have been received as at the expiry of the contract period and your payment will be allocated accordingly.
4. Warranties and Liability
4.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law any and all warranties relating to your advertisement are excluded. In particular, no warranty is given as to the number of bookings you may expect to receive as a result of your advertisement.
4.2. Should you obtain a booking as a result of your advertisement, that contract is between you and the person making the booking. The Company will not be liable for any losses, whether direct or indirect, suffered by you in relation to any such booking or the cancellation of any such booking including (without limitation) any damage to your property or any loss of profit.
4.3. The Company cannot accept responsibility for the content of, nor for the services or goods provided by any organisation in respect of which a link appears on the Website, and will not be liable for any losses suffered by you as a result of following a link or entering into a contract with any such organisation.
4.4. At times it may be necessary for the Company to restrict, suspend or terminate the Website. The Company accepts no liability for any loss suffered by you in those circumstances.
5. Indemnities
5.1. You agree to indemnify the Company in respect of all liability, loss, damage and costs incurred as a result of your advertisement appearing on the Website.
6. Content of advertisements
6.1. Your advertisement will appear on the Website in the form in which it is submitted by you. The Company accepts no responsibility for any errors that may appear in the advertisement and will not be liable for any losses which may result.
6.2. Should any aspect of your advertisement breach the intellectual property rights of any third party, you will indemnify the Company in respect of all liability, loss, damage and costs suffered as a result of that breach.
6.3. You agree that your advertisement will not contain any material which may deemed to be offensive, defamatory, illegal or obscene or is misleading. Your advertisement will be checked at random and if it is deemed by the Company to contain any such material will be removed from the Website without notice.
7. Your use of the Website
7.1. You may access your advertisement and change its content at any time. Your changes and the resulting advertisement will be subject to these terms and conditions.
7.2. Copyright in the Website vests in the Company. You may not copy the Website or any part of it for any purpose without the express written permission of the Company.
7.3. You may not make arrangements to create a link from any other website to the Website without the express written permission of the Company.
