| Q: | How do I make a booking for a holiday property?

| A: | Once you are on the page of the property of your choice, you can add the property to a shortlist (you may choose up to 5 properties) or submit an enquiry for just one property.
Check the bottom of the property page for the contact deteilas of the owner/agent. If they are present you can contact them direct.
Alternatively, to make an enquiry, click the 'Enquire now' button, fill in the form with your details and preferred dates and submit. This will then be e-mailed to 'Gecko' and the property owner/agent. The owner/agent will then contact you to confirm the dates/booking direct.

| A: | You can search in many ways:
For a defined search where you know where you would like to go, you can use the search box on the homepage to find properties by 'area' and 'type of accommodation'. Or, you can use the 'advanced search' button to search by number of people and 'holiday type' as well.
If you have a particluar activity you are looking for or require a certain type of holiday, then you can search by 'holiday types'. Searching in this way will find accommodation from all areas/Countries, which are within the chosen category. e.g. You can search by 'golf' and you will be presented only with properties that are near golf courses.
You can also search by 'Region'. The region section will give you information on the area's of your choice and properties from that area.
With all sections, the properties will be marked either 'for sale' or 'to let'.
