Gecko Getaways is a professional marketing Company for Spanish properties, not a faceless web directory. We have our website as one resource, but do not rely solely on 'Google', search engines or our website to find YOU bookings and sales. We are proactive and seek holidaymakers and buyers through different media:

- On our website, we have a competition 'Win a week's free stay in Nerja, Costa del Sol' - This is proving to be very popular with our viewers and is helping to bring more enquiries to our property owners/agents

- www.idealspain.com - We have a Logo link within 'Buying property in Spain' and 'Holiday Rentals - Mainland Spain' - 160,000 unique visitors a month. www.spanishholidayguide.com We have fantastic display and link advertising on this guide, including some property listings for special deals that we can utilize.

- We are, at present, testing the services and enquiry/booking levels of 7 other web directories (applicable to Gecko's FULL MARKETING PACKAGE ONLY), so that we can pass only the best services on to you, the advertiser.
- We were finalists in the Southend District, Essex Business Awards for two categories 'E-Commerce' and 'Business to Business'
- Spain Magazine - monthly glossy, sold mainly in Sainsburys and WH Smith for Spain lovers, which has publication of 40,000 copies per month - £10K of which are distributed on Monarch airlines as the in flight magazine to Spanish destinations. In the October issue, which comes out at the beginning of September, we have a second colour advert in there promoting The Canaries for Sales and Holiday properties (they are doing a special on the Canaries that month)
- Advertisement throughout 2005 inside the Daltons Weekly pubilication 'Ideal Holidays 2005' This has a 100,000 print run and will be distributed around major supermarkets, in Daltons weekly and from Dalton's stand in 8 high profile holiday exhibitions, including Viva Espana in Olympia, London
- Everything Spain - We have a brochure panel in the holiday section - distribution of 20,000 copies a month
- Window Advertising to attract local browsers
- Regular networking, newspaper PR editorials and 'getting out there'
- Our web experts are also optimising our site to be further up the listings for the major search engines

- Today's Golfer (UK's biggest selling Golf magazine) - we have separate advertising in there for Sales and Rental properties - 100,000 readers
- A4 flyer drops
- Friday Ad's - We cover a large area, Nationally, with this magazine - up to 64 regions of the UK.
- Sponsored links with Google - these are managed on a daily basis by our web development company. They use key words which relate to the regional and type of content on our website, more than the generic links. i.e. 'holiday apartment in mallorca'
- Daltons Weekly publication advertising on a fairly regular basis
- Living Spain Magazine - a bi-monthly glossy, sold Nationally in WH Smith and newsagents - we have advertising in there for Holiday and Sales properties.
- Viva Espana Magazine – the magazine of the exhibitions! Monthly publication all about Spain
- ‘Google Adwords’ – We utilise these sponsored links, especially for special campaigns
- Prime magazine - New publication, aimed at the over 50’s distributed free all over Essex

A full page on the website per property for your advertisement - This includes up to 5 photos, property and area descriptions and a shortlist of the features of your property so people can see them at a glance.

If you only wish to advertise on the Gecko Getaways website, benefiting from our direct marketing, we have our ‘Gecko only’ packages below (for a limited time only, and excluding the 1 month package).

The above prices include VAT at the prevailing rate, where applicable.
We can also take payment in Euros, based on the rate applicable at the time of payment.
