Granada has it’s own coastline, called the Costa Tropical – an area of gorgeous beaches and coves, between the Costa del Sol and the Costa Almeria.
Almunecar is the capital, but relatively undeveloped, and is both relaxing and interesting. For history, there are museums, the castle of san Miguel and churches to see. For beaches, visit Cabria, Galera, Tesorillo and Velilla.
In Salobrina, you can find secluded coves to explore – a real must for a relaxing break by the sea!
